Aaron C. Finestone chairs the criminal defense and appellate practice at Avallone Law Associates. Mr. Finestone has practiced criminal law for more than 25 years. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is past chair of the Criminal Justice Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Previously, Mr. Finestone was staff attorney to the Philadelphia City Council and the Judicial Inquiry and Review Board. He was a law clerk for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.
Mr. Finestone received his undergraduate degree and his law degree from Temple University. He served in the United States Navy.
Mr. Finestone is a member of the Philadelphia Republican City Committee. He is past president of the Germantown Republican Club. He is a past member of the Republican State Committee of Pennsylvania.
