Lawrence J. Avallone was born in New York, New York. He attended the State University of New York at Binghamton where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975. In 1980, he received his law degree from Temple University.

Attorney Avallone has been practicing in the area of Family Law since 1981.
