Lindsay N. Bennett was born and raised in Philadelphia. She attended the University of Pittsburgh where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in History in 2012, graduating magna cum laude. In 2016, she received her law degree from Delaware Law School, Widener University, graduating cum laude. She passed both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar examinations on the first attempt.

While in law school, Attorney Bennett interned with the Bucks County District Attorney’s office for a year. This internship allowed her to learn about criminal law extensively and appear in the magisterial district courts throughout the county.
Since beginning to practice in January of 2017, she has worked on the following types of cases: personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal summary appeals, felony drug possession, bankruptcy, custody and support and contract disputes. She argued in front of the Pennsylvania Superior Court and has appeared regularly before the Courts of Common Pleas, Municipal and Magisterial Courts.
